Dust Control Sticky Mat 660 x 1150mm - 30 Sheet Pad

Dust Control Sticky Mat is a 660 x 1150mm polyethylene adhesive floor mat designed to capture dust, dirt and other contaminants from footwear and trolley wheels before they enter clean or sensitive areas. Supplied as one pad with 30 peel away adhesive sheets, it is ideal for construction sites, clean rooms, hospitals, laboratories, food processing facilities and commercial buildings.

• Extended Walkway Size: 660 x 1150mm mat provides increased contact area for improved dust and contamination control.
• 30 Peel Away Layers: Each pad contains 30 adhesive polyethylene sheets that peel away individually to reveal a fresh, clean surface.
• Improved Adhesive Strength: Strong 3.5N adhesive provides effective contact with footwear and trolley wheels to capture dust, dirt and fine debris.
• Numbered Sheets: Individual layers are numbered from 1 to 30, making it easy to monitor usage and plan replacements.
• Low Profile Design: Minimises trip hazards while allowing smooth pedestrian and trolley traffic.
• Self Adhesive Backing: Secures directly to clean hard floor surfaces without requiring a separate mat frame.
• Durable Polyethylene Construction: Tear resistant material designed for commercial, industrial and controlled environments.

Dust Control Sticky Mat is an effective solution for reducing the transfer of dust, dirt and contaminants into clean or controlled environments. Manufactured from durable blue polyethylene with a high tack adhesive surface, the mat removes particles from shoes, work boots and trolley wheels before they enter sensitive work areas. Each pad contains 30 adhesive layers that can be peeled away individually, providing a fresh surface in seconds and reducing the time spent cleaning surrounding floors. The extra thick polyethylene layers provide added strength and tear resistance while maintaining a low profile for smooth pedestrian and trolley access.

Measuring 660 x 1150mm, this extended mat provides a longer walking surface, increasing contact with footwear and trolley wheels for improved dust and contamination control. It is ideally suited to busy entry points, internal walkways and transition areas in construction sites, hospitals, laboratories, clean rooms, food processing facilities, pharmaceutical manufacturing, data centres, server rooms, offices and warehouses. The low profile design allows safe pedestrian and trolley access, while the self adhesive backing holds the mat securely in place on clean hard floor surfaces without the need for a separate frame.
