WHOInc ONE Invoice™ is our Net 30 payment agreement, designed to streamline transactions for business customers by allowing payment within 30 days from the invoice date. This ensures flexibility while maintaining a structured payment process.

1. Eligibility for Net 30 Terms

To qualify for WHOInc ONE Invoice™, customers must:

Be an established business entity.

Agree to adhere to WHOInc’s payment policies.

2. Payment Terms

Invoice Due Date: Payments must be completed within 30 days from the invoice date.

Accepted Payment Methods: Bank transfers, or other pre-approved methods.

3. Billing & Account Information

Customers must provide accurate billing and contact information.

Any changes to the billing details should be updated promptly.

Failure to update account details may result in delayed processing or suspension of Net 30 privileges.

4. Default & Non-Payment Consequences

Accounts overdue beyond 30 days may incur penalties.

WHOInc reserves the right to suspend future orders until outstanding invoices are paid.

Persistent non-payment may lead to collection proceedings or legal action.

5. Modifications & Termination

WHOInc reserves the right to modify or revoke Net 30 terms based on payment history.

Customers will be notified of any policy changes in advance.
